At the end of this month you will be asked to enter your payment details to keep using Easy 1-on-1s.

All Easy 1-on-1 plans are month-to-month with no lock-in period.

If you decide to cancel your Easy 1-on-1 subscription, you can continue using Easy 1-on-1s until the end of your current billing period.

For users on Basic or Standard plans, Easy 1-on-1s accepts credit/debit card payments via Stripe.

Other payment options are available for customers on an Enterprise plan.

Yes. Send us a message and we will happily switch you to a different Easy 1-on-1 plan. Any difference in price will be pro-rated and applied at the start of your next billing period.

Any user can enable centralised billing via their Billing Management panel.

This allows that user to consolidate the subscription fees for other users within their organisation into a single monthly payment.

Once you've enabled centralised billing, and set up your centralised billing entity, you will also gain the ability to set invitation policies, manage users, and access other organisation-wide settings.

To transfer administration of your centralised billing entity to another Easy 1-on-1s user, send us a message.

In most cases, new users invited to Easy 1-on-1s will automatically be added to that existing user's billing entity - i.e. their employer's account.
